2011 Rates

Adams’ Sea View Cottages

• Off-season -$95 per day or $650 per week. Each additional person is $10 per day or $35 per week.
• In-season (June 26 – August 21) – $130 per day or $795 per week. Each additional person is $10 per day or $35 per week.
• A deposit of $150 is required.*

Adams Beach Cottages

• Off-season – $175 per day or $1200 per week. Each additional person is $10 per day or $70 per week.
• In-season (June 26 – August 21) – $250 per day or $1700 per week. Each additional person is $10 per day or $70 per week.
• A deposit of $300 is required. *

Adams Beach House Apartments

• Off-season – $95 per day or $650 per week. Each additional person is $10 per day or $35 per week.
• In-season (June 26 – August 21) – $130 per day or $795 per week. Each additional person is $10 per day or $35 per week.

Barbara’s Seaside Cottages

• Off-season – $95 per day or $650 per week. Each additional person is $10 per day or $35 per week.

All Cottages

• Off-season dates: before June 27 and after August 22.
• In-season dates: June 27 – August 22.
• All units rent by the week only (from Sunday to Sunday) during July and August. Daily bookings are accepted in June and September.
• Rates are for 1-6 persons and are subject to 5% GST plus 10% PST.
• Payment of the balance is due on arrival, and may be paid in cash or by cheque. We are sorry but we are not able to provide credit card or debit card services.
• * Deposits will be refunded if we receive notice in time to re-rent the unit.
