The Small Brown Cottage is a one bedroom cottage on the west side of the road, just behind Barbara’s Seaside cottages. It has a large deck with a charcoal barbecue, ocean views inside and on the deck, one bedroom with queen bed, en-suite 4 piece bath with a claw-foot tub and shower.
The rates and season dates are the same as the 2-bedroom cottages.
The cottage is air-conditioned, and for cooler weather rentals it is fully insulated with a propane fireplace.
