All units above have heat pump/AC units installed.
- In-season – (June 28 – Sept. 5) $185 per day, $1270 per week.
- Off-season – $150 per day or $1040 per week.
- Pets are welcome; there is a $20 charge per pet per day.
- Pets must be on leash at all times.
- Sunday to Sunday bookings only during in-season.
- Minimum stay of 3 days during off-season.
- A deposit of $200 is required.*
3 bedroom cottages
Adams Beach Cottages
- In-season – (June 28 – Sept. 5) $350 per day, $2420per week.
- Off-season – $250 per day or $1,740 per week.
- Pets are welcome; there is a $20 charge per pet per day .
- Pets must be on leash at all times.
- Sunday to Sunday bookings only during in-season.
- Minimum stay of 3 days during off-season.
- A deposit of $400 is required. *
All Cottages
- Off-season dates: before June 28 and after Sept. 5
- In-season dates: June 28 – Sept. 5.
- All units rent by the week (from Sunday to Sunday) during July and August. We will accept a minimum 3 day stay during off-season .
- Rates are for 1-6 persons and are subject to 15% HST.
- Pet charges are subject to 15% HST.
- Payment of the balance is due on arrival, and may be paid in cash, by cheque*, or email transfer.
- We are sorry but we are not able to provide credit card or debit card services.
- If you have an electric or hybrid vehicle please make arrangements with management for a fair payment of charging charges on our electric bill.
- * Please make cheque payable to Joan Adams.
- Deposits will be refunded if we receive notice in time to re-rent the unit.
